Guiding People Between Worlds

At Freedom Coaching, I work with individuals who find themselves in transition — between careers, identities, and ways of living.

My clients are often high-capacity professionals who have outgrown their current reality.
What appears as a career question is rarely just that.

Beneath it sits a deeper layer: identity, alignment, values, and the courage to live accordingly.

I specialize in guiding people through these in-between phases — where the old no longer fits, and the new is not yet fully formed.

This work sits at the intersection of:
  • Life and career
  • Inner alignment and external action
  • Personal truth and professional direction

The result is not just change, but integration — a way of living and working that is coherent, self-led, and sustainable.

From External Structure to Internal Authority

My coaching approach is grounded in a simple principle:
sustainable change happens when internal alignment precedes external action.

Rather than focusing only on goals or performance, I work across three interconnected layers:
1. Deconstructing the Current Reality
We examine the client’s existing structures — career, beliefs, environment, and relationships.
This often reveals hidden patterns: external validation loops, misaligned values, or inherited definitions of success.

2. Reconnecting to Internal Truth
We shift attention inward — clarifying values, needs, identity, and personal rhythm.
This is where clients begin to differentiate between who they are and who they have learned to be.

3. Translating Alignment into Action
Only once alignment is established do we move into strategy and execution.
This includes decision-making, business creation, career shifts, and boundary-setting — all rooted in internal clarity.

Throughout this process, I integrate:
  • Deep reflective coaching
  • Strategic thinking (career and business)
  • Emotional and nervous system awareness
  • Practical implementation and accountability
The outcome is not just a new direction, but a new way of relating to life — one that is self-led rather than externally driven.
Case Study 1 | From Corporate Structure to Self-Led Entrepreneurship

Client Profile
Young professional transitioning out of corporate into independent work.

Core Challenge
What initially presented as a desire for more freedom revealed a deeper issue: a lack of identity and decision-making confidence outside structured environments.
The client struggled with:
  • Overwhelm when facing open choice
  • Dependence on external validation
  • Unclear value proposition

Intervention
The coaching evolved from life coaching into business coaching as clarity emerged.

We focused on:
  • Rebuilding self-trust and internal decision-making
  • Clarifying personal values and strengths
  • Translating those into a concrete business direction
  • Creating structure without replicating corporate dependency

Outcome
  • Defined and initiated a first business concept
  • Increased confidence in independent decision-making
  • Shifted from external validation → internal authority

Underlying Transformation
From “needing structure to function” → “creating structure from within”
Case Study 2 | Career Transition Blocked by Personal Environment

Client Profile
Senior executive transitioning toward a sustainability-focused career.

Core Challenge
While the professional direction was clear, progress was repeatedly blocked by instability in the home environment.
This created:
  • Emotional drain impacting decision-making
  • Reduced clarity and focus
  • Internal conflict between personal and professional values

Intervention
Rather than focusing solely on career strategy, we addressed the full system:
  • Mapping the interaction between home environment and professional capacity
  • Identifying misalignments in personal relationships and boundaries
  • Supporting the client in making aligned decisions beyond career alone

Outcome
  • Increased clarity on necessary changes in both personal and professional domains
  • Strengthened ability to hold boundaries
  • Renewed momentum toward sustainability transition

Underlying Transformation
From “optimizing career in isolation” → “aligning the entire life system to support direction”
Case Study 3 | Emerging Coach Building Identity and Business

Client Profile
Early-stage coach developing her brand and entrepreneurial direction.

Core Challenge
The client had strong capability but lacked clarity on:
  • Her unique value
  • Direction of her brand
  • Confidence in positioning herself in the market
Underlying this was uncertainty about her identity as an entrepreneur.

Intervention
We worked on both inner and outer layers:
  • Clarifying her vision and core message
  • Identifying her authentic strengths and positioning
  • Translating this into concrete goals and next steps
  • Supporting her in stepping into visibility

Outcome
  • Defined brand vision and direction
  • Clearer articulation of her value
  • Structured goals aligned with her identity

Underlying Transformation
From “uncertain practitioner” → “self-aware and directed entrepreneur”
What our clients say
Remy
Life coaching client
After encountering several coaches, guides, and therapists in my life,
I am incredibly grateful to have met Patricia as a coach on my journey.

She supported and guided me swiftly through key moments in my spiritual path.
Intuitively, she is very strong, requiring little explanation to understand the issues I was facing.

She follows this up with a clear, rational analysis and then offers practical steps on how to move forward.

As a result, I’ve made significant progress in a short time without becoming dependent on her support.

This is what makes Patricia the ideal coach for me.
Harjan
Life Coaching Client
Patricia invites you into a world where anything feels possible.
She turns things upside down, flips perspectives, and works completely outside the box—it feels incredibly liberating!

What makes her unique is that she doesn’t just work this way, she truly lives it. Her loving touch and presence supported me deeply in my own process of transformation. With her open mind and joyful spirit as a living example, Patricia helped me not only to discover a more authentic perspective on life, but also to actually live it.
Nary

Patricia has been an incredible support during a very difficult time.

She guided me to solutions I had never considered, and her ability to listen without judgment made it easy to trust her with personal challenges.
More than a coach, she has also been a mentor, sharing her experience, insights, and even connecting me with her network to ensure I had the right support.

Her genuine care, availability, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart.

Patricia has a loving heart and a real gift for uplifting others.

I highly recommend her as a career and life coach.
